Shuttles will arrive at the Hampton Inn & Suites, Read House, and Cloudland at McLemore Resort at 6:30 pm with departure promptly at 7:00 pm. The shuttles will depart for all room-blocked hotels at the end of the event. Guests staying at the Edwin should travel to the Hampton Inn &Suites for shuttle departure, while guests staying at the Kinley should travel to the Read House for shuttle departure.

We recommend that guests staying in Airbnbs use the Hampton Inn shuttle.

Guests planning to self-transport (which we discourage for your safety) should park along the center of the parking lot to allow our shuttle service to turn around.

Saturday

Shuttles will arrive at the Hampton Inn & Suites, Read House, and Cloudland at McLemore Resort at 4:30 pm with departure promptly at 5:00 pm. Early departure shuttles from the reception will be available as needed at 9:30 pm. Those who do not plan to depart early will depart at the end of the event. Guests staying at the Edwin should travel to the Hampton Inn &Suites for shuttle departure, while guests staying at the Kinley should travel to the Read House for shuttle departure.

Ride share services are not regularly staffed and available in Trenton. While you may be able to get an Uber to the venue, you will not be able to get one back into Chattanooga. We recommend that all guests who need a ride utilize the shuttle service or organize a town car service.
